A golden ticket for a new version of yourself!

This journey with Sweatnglow have truly changed my life.

I always felt no confidence at the gym but following the programs made me feel safe and secure what to do and how to proceed.

It took a few weeks to understand the food and how my body reacts to different kind of food.

I always wanted to understand food and what it do or not do to you, and by starting to understand the macros it made a hugh different for me.

I also found out that I love the gym community at my gym. When appearing everyday you meet the same ones and there is such a lovely vibe in that, both from males and females.

When having the app I was so surprised of everything it took care of. I am a hugh fan of daily logging and doing routines - and here was a masterplan to do it! In that way it was easy to stay comitted for me.

I love how it take cares of so many areas in life as dry brushing, watering, alcohol, processed food and sugar, exercising etc

And love the photosection and comparing weeks of progress.

Thank you so far, you rock Melissa and you made it easy for me to ”kill” the old version of me and transforming into a new me!

Melissa created not only a fitness program but a community to help support a healthy life style. Having like minded women who are there to lift you up and support you on your fitness journey is wonderful. I love the meals in the program.

Excellent, doable and motivating

Excellent programme, I am doing my best to stick to it along-side my ful-time job and my family. I am eating much more and healtier (no need for sugar) and drink (again) a lot of watter. Beside physical is also a mental challenge - to stay consistent.

Making progress in my exercise journey

I’ve been a member for a couple of weeks. The app is very easy to use. The exercises are challenges and it’s helping me stay more consistent. I missed a few workouts in the middle but I’m back. I lost a couple of pounds so far, haven’t seen any visual difference but I feel stronger and more focused. I’m keeping it going.

I purchased the monthly subscription to Sweatnglow & absolutely love it. I started working with Melissa and SWEATNGLOW two months ago. BEST THING EVER

Honesty if you are looking to get in shape this is the best program and app you can do. I started using the program provided in this app back in March 2023 and it really helped get healthy and motivate me to keep my body active and in shape without the hassle of what do I have to do and if the workout will be time consuming. All the workouts are a 30 min time frame which is so nice, especially, with a busy schedule.
