I just started this programme & I’ve been training for 4 years & never has a workout made me sweat like this ( in a good way ) even though I’m really advanced in the gym, I also love the workout split Melissa put together, she really knows what she’s doing, overall, I feel my best after her workouts & I can’t wait till I finish the programme & see the results

Excellent programme, I am doing my best to stick to it along-side my ful-time job and my family. I am eating much more and healtier (no need for sugar) and drink (again) a lot of watter. Beside physical is also a mental challenge - to stay consistent.

I’m so thankful I found Melissa’s program. In 2023 I found out I had end stage kidney failure. I was on dialysis and had a kidney transplant. My weight and mindset fluctuated so much. I lost myself. I finally saw how I was looking after my transplant and decided to change my life around since I got this second chance. I started this program in May and it has helped me be consistent in my healthy habits like journaling am and pm, Having a flexible workout plan, and tracking my meals. I truly don’t see the difference until I see the pictures to prove it which is also in the app. I am lifting heavier and finally getting what I always wanted which was to be stronger. I purchased the monthly subscription to Sweatnglow & absolutely love it.
