I’ll be honest in saying that I didn’t follow the program to a T, but I enjoyed the parts I was able to manage. I did the 8 week beginners cellulite program. I was only able to work out 3-4 times a week, but by the end I definitely felt like my legs were stronger and exercises were becoming easier.

For the first time in my life I was having trouble losing the weight I put on trying to study for exams. Nothing was working and S&G advertising kept popping up and I just signed up. I did the extreme weight loss program and lost 17 lbs from the program and regained most of my strength I had when I was an athlete.
