i've worked out all my life and although i've always looked fit, since peri menopause the past 5 years i've held onto an extra 10 pounds. I've noticed it in my mid section and my butt and legs. i'm so happy that i came across melissa's IG and saw her lower body transformation. immediately i clicked and bought her glute program and wowowoowwowow i am getting the figure i used to have years and years ago! my legs and butt are poppin and i am also warming up consistently. i now take two days off and cnat believe im in better shape. it's been almost 8 weeks and i can't wait to keep going. i look forward to my workouts the 5 days i workout :) love you melissa !!!!

Back to my 20’s Shape!

I cannot say enough about this program. The price was right so u figured I would give it a shot as nothing else was working that I tried. The motivation that came along with it was great! The workouts are great! Melissa LATTARI is great!! I was finally able to lose weight and tone up. I never thought that this progress was possible in 8 weeks - but it is if you stick to it! Feeling my confidence
I’m so thankful I found Melissa’s program. In 2023 I found out I had end stage kidney failure. I was on dialysis and had a kidney transplant. My weight and mindset fluctuated so much. I lost myself. I finally saw how I was looking after my transplant and decided to change my life around since I got this second chance. I started this program in May and it has helped me be consistent in my healthy habits like journaling am and pm, Having a flexible workout plan, and tracking my meals. I truly don’t see the difference until I see the pictures to prove it which is also in the app. I am lifting heavier and finally getting what I always wanted which was to be stronger.
